Magnus Racing No. 44 Audi R8 LMS GT3
Behold the Magnus Racing No. 44 Audi R8 LMS GT3. This is not your average R8: this car was designed for GT3-spec competition, making it a full blown racecar right out of the box! The No.44 Audi will race in this weekend’s 2018 IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship season-opener, the Rolex 24 at Daytona. Its team is made up of John Potter, Markus Winkelhock, and MotorCrush co-founder and previous 5-time Rolex 24 at Daytona champion, Andy Lally. Given the team’s tremendous success with Audi for the 2016 season, this weekend’s race is sure to be exciting to watch. The race will broadcast this Saturday and Sunday on Fox Sports. Aluminum VRSF charge pipe installed on a 2012 BMW 135i owned by Dewan Wahed
Mod of the week goes out to Dewan Wahed and his VRSF charge pipe. He self-installed this upgrade at a total cost of $200 USD. This upgraded charge pipe increases the throttle response and decreases turbo lag in his BMW 135i. You can see the rest of Dewan’s build list in his MotorCrush profile.
