FEATURED RIDE OF THE WEEK

1984 Chevrolet S10
owned by Sith_SS

DRIVER BIO: “I’m too old for this…”

BUILD STATUS: In Pieces

MILEAGE: 100,000

VEHICLE BIO: “Bought this truck for $150 in 2008 after it sat in a field for 7 years. Was only meant to be a parts truck. Took it from stock to slammed on lowering springs and then stock floor body dropped with full air ride. A full custom frame has been built for it and is awaiting full rebuild”

We chose this as the ride of the week to show some love for the lowered truck community. It may not be as collectible as the Chevy C10, but this slammed Chevy S10 is still the epidemy of cool. We’re looking forward to checking back with Sith_SS after the rebuild is complete. Don’t forget to give him a follow to receive updates on his build, activity, and check-ins. Also, make sure to check out his other car, a built 2009 Chevy HHR SS while you’re there!

Scott is a MotorCrush user from England that has a very cool combination of vehicles in his garage. For the street, he drives a 2018 C43 AMG. The C43 is powered by an AMG designed 3.0 V6 Bi-turbo engine that has plenty of power to rocket it from 0-60 in 4.7 seconds. Now the Mercedes is great for the street, but for the track, it helps to have something a bit more nimble. Which is why we are a big fan of Scott’s other vehicle, a 2015 Westfield Mega S2000. Weighing in around 1,300 pounds, this car’s lightweight race chassis pairs with it’s Honda sourced V-Tech engine to produce a wicked fast car. It can rip from 0-60 in 3 seconds, and it will only be getting quicker when Scott upgrades with a TTS supercharger. Overall, a great garage that any enthusiast would be proud to own. This R35 GT-R is a true Godzilla with 950 lb-ft of torque and almost 1,000 horsepower. It can rocket from 0-60 in 2.4 seconds and does a quarter mile in under 9 seconds. Not only can this car perform, but it also looks great while doing it. It’s running a set of SSR Professor 3 piece wheels with 285/30/20 tires in the front and 330/35/18 in the rear. Along with great fitment, the car also has an awesome chameleon paint job that is sure to make it stand out among the other R35s at your local meet. Make sure you show Joey some love and drop him a like for sharing his build.
